Manila Tour for our visitors from Vietnam!

Sam, Nory and Rebekah led a Manila tour for the Vietnamese visitors Duy Ngo and Pr Thinh. Because of the light traffic, we were able to accomplish a lot! We started in Intramuros where we did a walking tour of Fort Santiago. A guard befriended us and provided some details on certain areas. We also enjoyed the Jose Rizal museum which was nicely air-conditioned! We then zoomed past the Rizal monument and went to Mall of Asia where we enjoyed some Buko juice in the shell and a Filipino banana speciality called “Turon”. We ended up at the American World War 2 memorial cemetery for a quiet moment with the fallen soldiers in South East Asia. We then swiftly returned to Makati Church to pick up youth for the Christmas party!
